Traditional pneumatic nozzles depend on high-speed turbulent airflow to shatter liquid jets. In contrast, ultrasonic atomization creates droplets via low-energy capillary waves generated within the nozzle body, which then disperse at the nozzle outlet. This mild atomization approach produces spherical, evenly sized droplets.
