Bioaerosol Spray and Mist Bioaerosol Creation for Research
Ultrasonic nozzles can be applied to gas-phase/mist state bioreactor systems, such as the production scenario of biomass cultivation of hairy roots.
Scientific research use: biological aerosol spray and preparation of aerosol
The ultrasonic atomization device can safely and controllably generate biological aerosols in a closed experimental environment. The bioaerosol spray produced by ultrasonic atomization can form small and uniform droplets with narrow particle size distribution range, ensuring the repeatability of microbiological and aerobiological research, and meeting the requirements of stable and consistent aerosol particles between different experimental batches.
In the publicly available laboratory plan, the ultrasonic atomization device is used as the core biological aerosol generation unit to build a dynamic aerosol testing environment that is close to the real state, and to carry out indoor and outdoor air simulation related research.
Bioreactor spray: Cell Culture and Aerosol Bioprocessing
Ultrasonic atomization technology can achieve cell culture and plant root bioreactor research based on aerosol mode. Ultrasonic mist can evenly deliver nutrient solution or active component solution to the substrate without causing liquid flooding. Compared with traditional liquid-phase treatment methods, it can better preserve sample activity and improve the biomass output of the bioreactor system.
The entire atomization process is pressure free and has a low outflow velocity. Researchers can create a foggy biological aerosol environment while maintaining stable environmental parameters such as relative humidity and air quality inside the reaction chamber or reactor.
Bioaerosols can be controlled for preparation, with adjustable particle characteristics
The core advantage of ultrasonic atomization equipment is its adjustability and controllability. The existing public experimental plan shows that the atomization unit can independently adjust the liquid supply rate and formula solution concentration, without relying on compressed air shear, and can accurately control the aerosol output and particle size performance.
