The US10 is Chemisonic’s entry laboratory sonication platform for small-volume R&D. A 20 kHz ultrasonic processor delivers controlled acoustic energy through interchangeable probes, while the digital control platform manages amplitude, pulse operation, temperature limits and run time. Researchers can create repeatable sonication methods, monitor key process variables and document every run for comparison across samples and studies. The US10 is well suited to feasibility studies, small-batch nanomaterial dispersion, formulation screening, cell and tissue preparation, and other applications where precise control is more important than high throughput.

The US10 is the perfect ultrasonic processor for the sonication of small and medium size lab samples. This powerful lab homogenizer is commonly used for sample preparation, such as emulsifying, dispersing, dissolving and cell disruption.

The US10 is used in particular in medical, biological or chemical laboratories. This device is most suitable for the ultrasonication of very small as well as medium-sized samples. For volume samples from 5mL up to 500mL we offer three replaceable probes with diameters from 3 to 8mm. This device is perfectly suited for handheld operation with its lightweight 0.7kg, but it can also be operated at a stand.
